Is it normal that i can vibrate my eyes on command?

So, since I was little, I've been able to voluntarily shake/vibrate/rapidly move my eyes very quickly. It becomes difficult to see but I can pick out fast moving objects and follow them.

    Cool. But since I was little, I can vibrate my balls very rapidly. It becomes difficult to have sex when I do this but my wife thinks its fun.
