Is it normal that i can't think about what i'm drawing?

I don't really think about what I'm going to draw... I just draw it. When I try to think of what to draw the drawing always comes out looking weird but when I just put my pencil on the paper I can draw ok. IIN? Does this happen to anyone elts?

    I do the exact same thing...but once i get the main idea of whatever im drawing, i usually take structure afterwards.

    I like to plan my drawings and paintings out. But doodling is always fun too.
