Is it normal that i can't tell faces apart?
I can't remember what anyone looks like, even my own face. Only way I can tell who's who is from their voice.

There's a not-so common disorder where it's physically impossible to recognize faces. Prosopagnosia. Try googling it.
Jack is correct its called prosopagnosia. You might be autistic. Most cases of prosopagnosia also have some type of autism. I have aspergers and while I can recognize faces I don't understand facial expressions very well. Not being able to recognize faces at all seems to be a more extreme form of that. Sometimes I have trouble remembering where I remember faces from. For example I was in a restruant and the waitress looked familier and I asked her "I know you from somewhere but I can't remember where" Then I remembered I recognized her from last time I ate there and she was my waitress.
Just don't be afraid to look at someone for longer than a second. They won't do anything to you. then just blink your eyes and take a mental pictue like a camera.
There you did it. Its really easy. I bet you remember what dog faces look like.
Goodluck
.... How long have you known them? Do you live in a cave? Is it... Abnormally dark where you live?

There's a rare condition where people can't remember faces. I can't remember what's called.... but I think you should try to look it up. Exactly how long has this been happening and did you have a injury before this started to happen?
