Is it normal that i can't take pills?
Whenever I have to take pills for anything, I can't swallow them. It's like impossible. If it is a drug I really need, I crush it up and put it in pudding for me to be able to eat it. Is this normal?

best way is to put the water in your mouth first then put the pill in and swallow. you won't feel the pill you'll only feel the water going down. although it depends on the size of the pill but most perscriptions are a reasonable size. i take "hemp seed oil" in capsule form and they are the size of the tip of a finger, maybe bigger. the best part is that for them to work you have to take 5 or 6 at once lol
took me a jwhile till i took them cuz i hae a bad gag reflex but you should try your hardest to take them
I have the same issue & do the same exact thing. I either chew it, or put it in apple sauce. No tricks work for me, its mental.
some people have this problem and never get the hang of it.
for pills, drink lots of water, with head tilted back.
for capsules, tilt head forward. they are light and float.
also, putting the whole pill on a rather large spoonful of pudding or applesauce works. that's what they do with old folks in nursing homes!
Yeah it's pretty normal. it took me awhile to get use to it when I had to take them allot. I just pop it In tilt my head back and cover my mouth and swallow. Eventually it started to work
