Hello, I am new here and need your advice... I can't stop thinking about a female colleague of mine and.. I am also a female. When she started work a month after me I disliked her but then I realised she's really nice and that there is an attraction between us. She sends many signals that she likes me in a special way-she is nerveous around me, when we hug there is definitely electricity although she has a boyfriend. I don't know what that is... but I can't get her out of my head. IIN? Why is she "strange" around me?... Thank you!!!

    Hi! Welcome to the site! As for your colleague, be careful that the sparks or nervousness are not in response to something you yourself are projecting. I'm not saying she's not interested in you (although she might not be), but you are going to have to be extra careful simply because she's a colleague and not someone you can avoid.

    Why not try to befriend her and then you'll have more opportunities to judge her reactions to, say, an admission by you that you are attracted to women.
