I have been having this "crush" on my life long friend Sam, I have always felt that way but it was really strong in my 10th grade year in high school. So this year our group of friends choose to make a secret santa and I got him. I don't know what to get him, I feel really weird.

    It's normal for the feelings to grow since you haven't confessed them. You need to let the feelings be free. Maybe this is your opportunity.

    That's sweet :) It's completely normal to develop feelings for a friend you've had for so long.

    As for what to get him, it really depends on what he wants and likes. Maybe ask other friends what his interests are for extra help (without letting them know that you got him for secret santa). Don't get something too cheap or too extravagant; secret santa gifts are really simple and are usually within that 20$ price range, if you're thinking of buying him something. But if you want to let him know on your feelings, I think something hand-made would be really sweet (something that hints that it was you who made it, but isn't too obvious).
