Movement my mom makes. When I hear her breathe it is so annoying. I hate when she moves her hands to touch her hair or when she sings in church I want to tell her to shut up. When she writes, when she eats. It disgusts me and I do not know why.

    Yes and no. It sounds like a mixture of parent issues and misophonia. If you can't move out, I suggest that for the time being you talk to a therapist that specializes in family.

    Parent issues maybe? I don't know what she did to you but you might want to talk to a therapist about that.
