I really can't scream. Voluntarily I can't scream, just shout... and Involuntarily when I've been scared I just let out a shout too...I'm a girl btw. Is it weird that I can't scream

    Same here!! I tried to scream and my mom came in saying she thought she heard a pig -_-

    I used to be able to scream just like a girl before my voice changed years ago. Lol.

    I can't - as far as I know - scream on command, but I can and do make a lot of noise when I fall over/can't find something/hurt myself badly enough.

    I use to not be able to. Then one day I screamed really loud and since then I've been screaming.

    I can't scream when I'm out in public for some reason. I try and try, but nothing comes out.

    I think it's because people used to flip out at me if me and my friends screamed outside for whatever reason.
