Is it normal that i can't make conversation anymore?

I used to be able to but now I can barely make conversation with people, and it just ends up talking about some random thing for a few sentances, then an awkward silence, even with some of my best friends. Help?!

    Same!!! its horrible I feel so awkward when I dont know what to say. I feel like its just me.. im just an awkward person :(

    Happens to me a lot too! And i always think of good things to say once the conversation is over. Hang in there. Maybe practice trying to extend convos an extra sentence each time.
