Is it normal that i can't look after myself?

Okay so I moved out recently, and so far I've been doing a pretty crap job at 'looking after myself', I don't do ANYTHING all day long, I just sit on my computer. I even have exams I should be studying for!

I guess my question is, did any of you get lazy when you were first out of your parents house? Will I eventually get used to being on my own and grow up, or should I worry about this?

I'm 23 by the way, so it's not like I'm newly 18 or anything, I should definitely be more mature by now!

Might be a symptom of depression.

When I first moved out I was doing everything I could to take care of myself. I perhaps worried a little too much about taking care of things.

I had the same problem for years, it took me years to learn to take care of myself. I put it down to my parent treating me like a baby when I
    lived with them.

You learn to look after yourself, I moved out of my parents when I was 16 and four years later it all comes naturally now. You'll figure it out.

I did so as well when I moved out for a while. It got better after a while, but it certainly did take a while.

Take a break from IIN and just try to do something. Not sure if you're the same, but once I start something I kind of just keep going.

It's normal but not good. And once your life gets totally messed up from being lazy, you will get it together. The sooner you wise up, the better. I know because I been through it.

At least you have recognised your situation and are concerned about it.
