If I try to stop, I can't control the urge for more than a day. Maybe two days at the most. I do it on average once or twice a day.

    I say no, not normal.
    Because you "can't control the urge for more than a day".

    Having those urges or masturbating a couple times a day, fine, normal. Not being able to hold them back for even a few days, not normal.
