Is it normal that i can't focus at all in work?

I have a job that means I'm supposed to be finding things to do- finding sales and closing them. From the outset I appear like a totally successful person. It's not that I don't LIKE the job. I could like the job, or at least- I could like myself doing it if I did it. I want to do it, but the minute I get to work I find myself itchy about sitting in the seat for too long and can't focus for more than a few minutes without getting distracted. I feel like eveyrone can see what I'm doing and everyone can see how much I fuck around. Does anyone else have ths problem?

You are totally right! I realise this is what I need to do. I just need some help doing it. Any suggestions?

Why waste energy focusing at work? Just turn up and get your paycheck.

I had a job like that. Over time, I learned a lot and the pay was good, but the daily tasks were dull. I'd get all my work done and take it easy from there.

You are right, they do see you wasting time - it's too hard to hide.
