I'm 21, very good looking, aggressive, flirty and fun. Worst part is, I even work at a Diamond Store selling engagement rings to couples but no one seems to want to date me. They just want to get with me. How can I prove to be more than that?
Try dressing less seductively, and more lady like. Carry yourself around like a lady of dignity, not a slut. Let men make the first move.
Aggressive can scare guys off. Aggressively flirty will scare most guys off, and the ones that are not will presume that you only want to be got with because you seem so desperate.
All the good traits that you list make me think "arrogant" as well, and that is definitely not relationship material.
Also, a guy coming onto a girl IN AN ENGAGEMENT RING STORE where ONLY COUPLES GO is not gonna happen. Go out as often as you can to meet new people, but not just at bars or clubs or the usual places, because a lot of the people there won't be looking to date you, just hook up.

Stop looking so hard for love and just let it happen when it does. Sometimes you have to casually date (that doesn't mean sleep around, I mean just test the waters) before you get the deep and meaningful part.
you sell ENGAGEMENT RINGS to people who are GETTING MARRIED. Obviously you won't find a bf there. duh.

You are either not as attractive as you think or you have a terrible personality.
Maybe the way you show yourself attracts the wrong type of guys. I agree with the above comment. Look at what attracts those guys, and what kind of guys they are. Are they the douchey type of guys, the "bros" with the baseball cap on backward?
And then, look at the other girls and what type of men they have.
