try smoking mugwart before bed. and don't get in a hurry when you first wake or you will forget everything.
I go through the same thing, If I do have a dream ill remember it but for a long time now I haven't had one. Try taking a nap one day during the day and see if you get a dream I usually do.
Scientifically speaking, many people remember do not remember your dream. You DO dream, as it is simply a part of one of the cycles of sleep stage. You just don't remember. That being said, many people have sleep disorders that the don't know about. You may not be experiences every cycle of REM and NREM sleep. It's not a cause for alarm. As long as you feel you are getting enough out of 7-9 hrs of sleep and feel rested you are fine.
Try taking Vitamin B6 an hour before bed every night. It has been proven to increase dreaming and improve our memory of dreams. It might take a few days to work but I have definitely had good experience with it.
I used to be the same way, but ever since I started a dream journal I've been remembering at least 6 a week. You should try it, just start writing down anything you can remember in the morning, even the slightest details.
Everyone dreams. Most people actually forget their dreams and only remember the "darkness".

u always dream. u just forget 90% of ur dream within 5 minutes. it's a fact. it's normal.
I very rarely dream, like once or twice a month. Sometimes I wonder if I'm missing anything, but I don't think so. Besides, I've never had a nightmare either.
