Is it normal that i can smell where people are before i can see them?

I can smell people and I can recognise them from their smell but I don't know if it's good, bad or normal. I can usually smell someone from about 6-8ft away.

    You should be proud of such talent and you should take time developing it. After all you could get job "nose" to smell parfumes and be rich :)

    Some people a more sensitive to smells than others. Whether it's good or bad, I suppose that would have to do with the type of smells emanating from the person. Some people really stink!
