Is it normal that i can slow my breathing downn

Whenever im running or play fighting with one of sisters, I realize my breathing is really fast so i slow it down really quickly. Like 2 seconds quickly. My friend said it wasn't normal so i just wanted to know.

    Some people can slow their heart rate. It's a matter of concentration.
