Is it normal that i can sleep through a migraine?

Sometimes, I'll get a migraine and I'll take three Ibuprofens. They won't work. So then I'll sleep and when I wake up, I'll still have the migraine. Is that normal or do I have like intense brain cancer?

    Maybe you should see a doctor just to be on the safe side.

    Have you ever considered that maybe the medicine you were taking only adds to the migraine?

    Maybe you're the type of person who gets sleepy after taking ibuprofen and then you wake up with a new migraine. Or maybe ibuprofen has no affect on you and you should see a doctor about your migraines for a real prescription.

      I think it's the no affect. Because I take it in the day time at school and stuff and it never makes me sleepy.
