Is it normal that i can retract my foreskin back this far

Well when I pull back my foreskin it pulls back really far and exposes weird skin underneath
Does anyone know if this is normal

    its either the head of your penis or the shaft if its the shaft thats a bit disgusting if its the head its ok just get circumcised..... if you dont know what im talking about the head is the thing thats shape is like the helmet and the shaft is like a tubes and damn if its the shaft stop pulling it
