Is it normal that i can only drink water from a refrigerator machine?

I have a refrigerator with one of those built in water things. I always drink water from there, no matter what. When I try to drink sink water, like at my friend's house or something, I feel like I have to throw up. So I'm asking if it's normal for me to only be able to drink refrigerator water.
