Is it normal that i can make a tingle go through my body

I don't really know how to explain what i do but when i do it a tingle starts at the small of my back and then like a wave it travels through the rest of my body. I do notice that it does skip some areas like my thighs, fingers, toes, stomach and neck. It feels like that chill you get down your spine when you think someone's behind you.
