Is it normal that i can make a ringing with my ears?

I can make a ringing sound in my ears. It's like the blur eyes manually. It's like a second nature that's very easy. I can't do it for more than a minute. It doesn't affect my hearing. And no one else can hear it or do it.

    i can do it too! i've tried looking it up multiple times and asked people about it, but ive never heard about anyone else doing it. im not sure if its because its a weird thing to describe, or if its just not normal

    My dad and I can do the same exact thing! It's just kindof like you're moving the inner muscles of your ear or something. I have a bad habit of doing it when I take eye drops.
