Is it normal that i can live off this?

Is it normal that I can subsist on just yogurt and peanuts? I eat three yogurts a day and a handfull of peanuts between the yogurt meals. I workout every day too, and I've never felt better. I also only drink water.

It's eating healthy, but depends on your height/weight. Eventually lacking foods of greater sustenance will catch up to you and you'd become lethargic and lose muscle mass, if you're portions are too small and you burn more calories than you consume.

Ok, well yes. Eventually you will crave foods, like carbohydrates and need a variety, to keep your body healthy and balanced. When you work out, be it cardio or strength training, you deplete your body of essential [glycogen] which needs to be replaced after a work out. Healthy carbs are important, as they store in the muscles, replenish glycogen (depleted, during a workout) and provide energy. Your body needs a variety of nutrients to maintain a healthy body and one "food" cannot suffice, long term.

You can maintain a healthy diet and incorporate healthy carbohydrates, such as Ezekiel bread, whole grains, organic pita, brown rice, etc.

You should also ingest healthy fats during their "peak" hours of beneficial/healthy effects, for the body. You are doing this when you eat peanuts, but fat isn't beneficial post-workout and is detrimental. Fat is a slow digesting protein and is not absorbed as quickly as say jerky or a shake, you want to restore what you lost, immediately after a workout and not slow down the process of protein absorption. It's best to ingest your healthy fats in the morning and especially at night, before bed. As it is a slow digesting protein/fat, working in the body as you sleep and absorbing properly throughout the day.

Try to implement a variety; a diet that works for you, but does not leave you lacking essential nutrients and sufficient portions. If you want to be as healthy as you can. You can maintain your physique and effectively keep your body balanced, adding foods that replace what you lose during a workout will not hurt, but help.
