Is it normal that i can get an orgasm in one way only?

Sense 13 years old Im getting orgasm by crossing my legs, after my marriage I realize that when I get hot my mind push me to my position and this is the only way i can get orgasm with or with out husband. (with husband much nicer its turns to multiply orgasms up to 16 times.) My question is if its normal that Im getting orgasm in one way only?
