Is it normal that i called a "get your ex back" coach? zoomonkey ?

Omg. I was missing my ex boyfriend soo bad and i wanted him back even worse. I was texting him and calling him and he was ignoring me and i knew that whatever i was doing was not working. I looked on line/google to find the best ways to get an ex back and i came accross this "get your ex back" coaching line called ZooMonkey. i called them and they totally coached me through the entire process. I was excited to have some direction. It took 60 days of me making the right moves (30 days of controlled, limited contact) and i did get Dylan back...so grateful. but why did i need coaching? is that normal that i had to call a company called ZooMonkey to get my ex back?

    oh it worked... they taught me about the principles of scarcity and how all of us, unfortunately, want things that we can't have....! it's a weird human evolutionary enhancer that we recieved in our genes to always go after what we can't have... so if i was texted and emailing and calling my ex off the hook...i was way too accessible and "abundant" as they called it...plus i was making my ex, dylan feel real uncomfortable..they coached me on a limited (very limited)contact technique and to ease up and increase "social value" and comfortability...it was a bunch of primal stuff like this mixed in with high level counterintuitive methods that totally worked... crazy. i know..but totally worked.
    thanks for answering... i guess we all need outside help sometimes to get things in perspective.
