Is it normal that i call large vehicles without beds, trucks?

    To me, only commercial tractor trailers should have a bed. If you are referring to a regular pickup truck, they aren't supposed to have beds.

    I think only the larger cabbed semi's have beds in them, though now that I think about it, I have seen some pick ups where people have put beds in the back, making them a sort of like a camper.
