Is it normal that i burp involuntarily?

My stomach always has some kind of spasm or something like that and it makes me burp. I can't control it, and it's a bit embarassing. Is this some kind of medical condition or is this normal?

    I have a Hiatal Hernia. It f*cks me up bad. Burping is very much so a part of it. True it could be gastritis. Def. spasms are part of a HH. I get alot of spasms and sharp pain in my right side. Pain all over. If it continues and more symptoms start popping up please get in and get checked out. An MRI can go a long way. Could simply be acid too. Hard to know until you got looked at.

    try to eat slowly.. chew evry single thing U eat properly... this ll help U for sure..

    You might have gastritis. You can cure yourself with Tagamet(OTC). And go on a clear liquid diet for 24 hrs.
