Is it normal that i bleed after sex?

Me and a partner had rough sex a few times and afterwards, the sheets have been full of blood. I wouldn't say it was rough enough to make me bleed. I get a pain in my vagina and a really strong stinging feeling around my urethra and clit area. It stings so bad I am on the edge of tears. I'd give it a 9/10 for a pain rating. Me and this partner haven't used condoms, could this be it?
When I orgasm with my other partner, I go completely dry and tight down there within seconds which causes me so much pain.
Is this all normal? I started having sex three years ago and it's only in the past few months I have experienced this. Could it be an STI?

        Concerning your problem I cannot help you because I'm not too familiar with STD's and you may consider visiting a gynacologist
