When you say 'believe' what do you mean? Yes its true, they are out there unfortunately, its inevitable. i've been researching the illuminati for a while now. their symbolism is everywhere. they're made up of the five richest bloodlines in the world. they control the news and the media.
lady gaga, kanye west, jay z, rihanna, the beatles, madonna, britney spears and many more celebrites are their puppets, because they are the faces of the media, while they're the ones behind the scenes, they're the bosses of the bosses. they use these celebrities to promote their symbols and subliminal messages to the masses (us) in exchange for fame and success. they create their image and recently you'll notice most new music and videos from these major artists are revolved around making them look similar to aliens, robots and also glorifying death, sex and violence. they also control the government and politicians.
they've always been in control of almost everything, so there's no need to be scared of it. it's just a bit frightening when you first find out because it totally changes the way you see the world and you realise that everything you've ever known is corrupted. and it's extremely annoying when you try to explain it to people and they act as if you're a complete nutjob.
research david icke, he's really into researching it, although some of his theories are a bit far fetched. also, go to the vigilant citizen website, it's an excellent source for finding out new information. and lastly, if you have time, watch the film 'rosemary's baby'. it's quite a shocking film about satanism, they also have a lot of symbolism included in the film.

Decent backing still isn't evidence though, as far as I'm concerned all the theories about thermite in steel, and explosive charges and blah blah blah is just all theories, with no proof or evidence that they can use to back their claims.
I don't know the answer to any of these questions, but if you google ae911truth you will find that these guys have some decent backing to suggest that their theory may hold some validity. While you're freaking yourself out you should google Georgia guide stones and FEMA camps as well as new world order. It's crazy stuff that is possible but doesn't seem probable.
