Is it normal that i avoid people because of the stories i make up?

I have a habit of lying and making up stories. The stories I make up are about people I know. I'm wondering, is it normal that I hide from these people because I'm afraid of them knowing my crazy stories I made up about them?

    I know a few pathological liars and their stories are hilarious. They often dont even make any sense and most people know they are lying but they keep doing it. You are probablly correct that people know but just go along with it and laugh at your expense later.

    Someone is going to get really angry with you one day: time to break this habit before you get hurt. You've probably already hurt other people with your lies.

    This reminds me of one of my cousins. She tells a LOT of lies about herself and others. When people find out, they call her out for it and it almost gets her beat up sometimes. So you should probably break that habit, OP before that sort of thing happens to you.
