Is it normal that i attribute colors to artists?

I associate a specific color to some metal bands, sometimes based on one of the album covers that I like, but sometimes it's from their sound only. When I get the idea of listening to the artist, or a song from them comes up, I think of the color.

    Have you ever heard of synesthesia? Sometimes people that have it will see sounds as colors and things like that.

    Yeah have you heard of synesthesia? It's a mingling of the senses. It's totally normal!

    Yep! Metallica are Blue, Pantera are red.
