Is it normal that i attract so many crazy people?

Ever since 7th grade, I've had this knack for meeting and sometimes befriending some of the weirdest people ever. I have a great personality, can carry on a good conversation weather it's a guy or girl, and I try to listen and be considerate. I tend to get along well with older people, but when it's my own age I find crazy people. Is there anyone else like this?

      agreed... from someone who would know. you wouldn't know it if you saw us on the street but cray people sense the cray and gravitate towards each other. no need to be in denial

    I hope it's normal! Lets just say every guy that's ever been into me has ranged from creepy (obsessive and controlling) to downright disturbing (telling me about the most painful ways to kill people in great detail) Heres to hoping there are some normal people out there for us!!

    i tend to attract cray people too. *sigh* it gets tiring after a while, though, to hear their insane babbling all day. thank the universe i have some normal friends too.

    I used to attract losers who'd leech off me in university for assignments and labs because I used to be a nice guy.

    Then I quickly learned to be more of an asshole and got rid of them.

    There are crazies everywhere-just learn how to manage people and sort out the good from bad.

    I've dropped a number of 'friends' who were a negative influence in my life-so happy I did. Only people in my life now are the ones who are supportive and successful.

    I'm the same way. My bestfriends joke is that when I make new friends I need to get written references off them so she can check them out lol
