You sound like you are a healthy weight why are you trying to lose more?

  • Start doing resistance training and take it easy on the cardio. Doing only cardio will make you more hungry and you body will cling to every last calorie you consume. Strengthening your muscles will speed up your metabolism and burn more fat. Remember to lift "to failure", otherwise you're wasting your time. If you don't know what that means, look it up.

First, you're already at a healthy weight, why do you want to lose more?

Second, it's called the plateau effect. Your body will naturally stop losing weight after awhile, unless you switch up your exercise routine.

Muscles weighs more than fat. You are probably taut and do not need to lose weight because you have muscles weight not fat weight. I know when I start lifting weights and work out running and such, I gain weight but I look fit not fat.

You need strength training. Muscle helps burn fat. (Although you dont seem to need to lose weight ..at all)

Are you eating the correct portions. That is key. A nutritionist might be the person you want to see if you are in good health.

And learn to accept your body. Are the women in your family built like you?

Simple calculation.. If you consume more calories than you're burning off.. You won't lose weight. Stop kidding yourself.. We know about that Big Mac you thought no-one saw you buy.

Some people have difficulty losing weight. I think maybe you should look into seeing a doctor that could help you get your weight in check if you want to slim down a little. Hope that helps.
