Is it normal that i am starting to forget things at my 34 years old?

I've been feeling recently that I'm forgetting about 25% of things that I am supposed to do, let's say, in a list of tasks to do for a day or something, I even forget to write things down, for I am very used to make a list for everything. Sometimes this things are important, as to return the car documents to the owner after having borrowed it, tu buy shampoo at the grocery store even if I have been having hard time in washing my hair lately because of that, etc.

I think it is our poor food supply. The soil is depleted and food is losing its nutrition. We eat too much sugar and grains and it is causing inflammation. Boring, right?

Eating organic, non-GMO might put your brain back how it should be.

Prove that GMOs are connected to memory loss.

Though I will agree that cutting back on refined sugar is usually a good choice for any diet.

    Just wait!
I'm double your age, but.... what were we talking about again?
My wife calls it, "Hon, what do you call, uh, I don't know...oh, that's right." "Old timer's disease".

There are all kinds of mental exercises to aid those who care with this sort of thing. Try a search and some send you daily mental exercises that are really supposed to help. Also, one of the main important things is a good diet. Your brain requires certain vitamins and minerals to perform at it's best. However, watch out for the snake oil salesman. You need purchase nothing more than a generic multivitamin and good healthy food. Forget the fancy pills with claims too good to be true.
