Everything seems to confuse the heck out of me. No matter what I read I can't comprehend it. Even if it's someone's opinion on something. I hardly ever understand what I hear or see. Whenever I'm with friends and they say something to me, I'll give them a response and all they do is facepalm. Everyone is so sarcastic to me because I am outrageously retarded! I always question what I do to see if others think it's right. Is this normal?

    A good thing to keep in mind; engage mind, before opening mouth to speak. Or if that's too complicated, think before you talk.
    Its better to be quiet and be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

    Theres are always ways to sharpen your mind. Read a book play a puzzle, play some strategy games etc.
    but also there are always things that dull the mind. Like watching tv too much, or playing mindless games, or even drugs etc.
