Is it normal that i am sexually frustrated?

Hi. I was in a "friends with benefits" relationship with a guy for about eight months. It ended when he got a girlfriend and I haven't even talked to him 4-5 months. I've been really lonely and horny the past few months because of it. Lately I've been talking to a new guy. He's very sweet and seems interested in me, but he doesn't seem very interested in anything sexual at the moment. Is it normal that I feel very sexually frustrated under these circumstances?
