I have been at this workplace for almost a year and can't seem to be my true self. Its been almost A YEAR and I feel like I don't know everybody yet.

    You're not supposed to be your "true self" at work. You are at work to do a job, not to make buddies.

    Based on that principle, I'd say you're normal, but you didn't get a lot of detail either.

    You probably have social anxiety/phobia, get help from a professional therapist.
