so we have been trying to get pregnant for over 2 years and still no luck. we can get pregnant, we have before but lost it. is it normal that i am jealous that my friend just had a baby and we are still trying? should we keep trying or just give up? i am not really keen on having a test tube baby.
Yes, it's normal to be jealous. I'd say take a small break and then keep on trying, if you want.
Yeah it is normal natural and understandable to be jealous. A baby is the one thing that you want more than anything else in the world and your friend has got it. However I do have to be brave enough and ask you this and you may not like it but seeing as you are desperate for a baby then it begs the question why are you not really keen on having a test tube baby, could it be that part of the reason then why you want a baby is to prove that you've had sex, because I'm sorry if you were that desperate for a baby you'd be more than willing to do anything even by having a test tube baby or adoption. On your question should you give up? No never x
It's normal to be jealous but I had neighbours who tried for a baby for 18 years. As soon as she hit 40 yo they totally gave up worrying about it.
