Is it normal that i am incredibly obsessed with a girl

ok, im just obsessed with a friend, we have a ridiculous amount of things in common, i have never felt like this for anyone, i just love everything about her, and i hate anything that gets in my way of her, i constantly fantasize about her, she is always on my mind, i want her more than anything, but the is aromantic, so everything i feel for her makes me feel guilty and jealous im not the same.. is it normal?

    It's normal to be infatuated with someone, to fall for them and think about them consistently throughout the day, and pine for them.

    'Incredibly obsessed', on the other hand, suggests something unusually excessive.

      Aromantic means that she doesn't have romantic feelings towards people. It's a legitimate thing.

        I thought it was a typo :/ I haven't come across aromantic as a word before - I'm not sure it has been defined in any official published dictionaries yet (at least judging by a search of the net).

    Yea I wud say, from experience it's normal.

    It only stops bein normal if you tell her how u feel, she turns u away and u CAN'T stay away.

    Speaking of which, can I have some of your insight on this? I'm in the same predicament as u, only I am the aromatic girl lol but the guy who's obsessin over me jus doesn't hear no when I say it. Wtf.
