Is it normal that i am in love with a pathological liar?

I am a 21 female who's in love with a 23 male who happens to lie a lot. A month ago, he had problems so I interfered and helped him feel better. He said I did help him. He used to tell me how much great I was. Lately, though, he started ignoring my messages. The thing is, I like to discuss matters with him, so I always ask him why. Also, I do my best to always help even when I am the person to help him from. I realized he's a pathological liar a couple of days ago. It's so sad. I don't know what to do. Oh yeah! I spoke with him this morning and he showed passive aggressiveness. I really do not know what to do. I told him I would get out from his life and he agreed. He kept mumbling so I took that for an agreement. Ps: he's an INFJ .. maybe that matters.
