Ok well i am closterphobic and every time im in small spaces around people i cant breathe but everytime im in small spaces alone i feel like im in heaven its really wierd and i just wanna know, IIN

    Claustrophobia is the fear of small spaces and being closed in, kinda like no escape. Enochlophobia is the fear of crowded spaces, maybe you have this?

    Maybe it's not the small place that's the problem, it's the being close to people?!

    I am the same! In a busy crowd I feel like I could suffocate, and panic like I want to get to somewhere I can be alone but there is no obvious path to get away. But I love the feeling of being enclosed. My dream is to stay at one of those Japanese hotels where you literally sleep in a capsule barely bigger than yourself =D

    I feel exactly the same, unless it's REALLY small then I get a little freaked out. It's kind of comforting to be in small spaces sometimes.
