My brother has a really pretty daughter she is 14 and I'm 43, there is a little age difference I know but she's really mature for her age and I think she likes me too.
But I'm worried that my brother will get upset if he finds out about our relationship.
So is it normal would you have sex with her??

Look the child is only 14, she might of "consented" to this, but legally she has no capacity to consent to a sexual act. She can easily report you regardless what she consented or not.
Stop it now because you are indeed at risk of finding yourself in prison.

There's a great episode of south park about loving underage kids. Its about NAMBLA which stands for the National Man Boy Love Association. Basically the gist of it is you can justify this to yourself anyway you like but in the end your still fucking a kid. Please stop. Personally if I was your brother and i found out I would get a restraining order right away. Go seek some help or try to find women your age.
