Is it normal that i am an extraordinary heavy sleeper?
Okay so for as long as I can remember I've had a sleeping problem. I have always had trouble getting up in the morning, so much that even at the age of 14 my mum had to come in and dress me in my half-awake state. I have a habit of staying up very late, and have been like that my whole life too (I know it is a contributing factor but it's something I've been battling with for a long time). I set alarms and sleep right through them and wake up very late. People supposedly come in and tell me to get up multiple times and get very angry with me thinking I'm ignoring then when really I have no recollection of it at all. This week every single day I've set alarms every half hour from 8am to 11:30am and put my phone next to my head and STILL I slept through it all and woke up at 1:30pm with no recollection. I really hate waking up late, I cannot stand it and I feel like shit when I do. I know I need to start going to sleep earlier, but many other people stay up late and do not suffer from this problem - IIN?
