Is it normal that i am always in a hurry, but take my sweet old time?

I am the kind of person that is always in a hurry to get places and hurry up with everything. I hate slow drivers/walkers/talkers/eaters/you name it, but i find myself having weird slow tendencies. For some reason whenever i go shopping i linger in the store for way longer than necessary. I will go to the grocery store and look at every item i pass and just think. Ill go to the hardware store and look at all the items and think about all the stuff i could do with them/things that need to be done with them. its not uncommon for me to be inside any given store for at least an hour.
