I used to work with this Mexican girl and she was always talking about having sex with black guys. It was a prize to her. It made me physically ill and no I was not attracted to her or jealous or w/e. Anyways she seemed like a nasty little slut with an attitude problem. Why did her bragging about black men piss me off so much?

I'm very much NOT against interracial relationships, but I too would have found you Mexican acquaintance's behavior distasteful. Because it sounds like she's fetishising Black men and not treating them as individual people. That can be just another kind of racism.

One relationship does not make all of them bad, especially if you believed this prior to knowing the Mexican girl you work with. Seeing something that confirms our suspicions oftentimes makes us so sure of ourselves that we ignore the evidence that contradicts what we already believe.
Do you know anyone of another race that is completely within your bounds of normality? If so, what is the specific issue that you have with them having a relationship with another person, regardless of race? I think you'll most likely find that you're basing your ideas on interracial relationships simply off of one example instead of looking at the bigger picture.

Please be more conscientious in your use of terminology during the pleasant discourse of conversation. The use of the term 'race', as applied to humans (Homo sapiens sapiens), has been proven to be factually and literally incorrect.

That's considerably better although ultimately incorrect. Language is a method of communicating ideas and does not deal with facts. Words mean what we decide they mean. Race is this case means either a competition of speed or is a reference to someone's ethnicity or ancestry. Words like race and most of the ism's and ist's that you despise so much are imprecise for utility. A word such as race saves considerable time in that it can be used to describe people in single words rather than extolling their entire genetic heritage or giving a detailed analysis of their skin tone.
There are problems that arise when talking and using words such as race due to the fact that people attribute more meaning to words than there actually is. Take communism for example. If I told someone that I was a communist (I'm not), it would be reasonable to assume that I espoused the ideology of Communism, no more or less. It would be problematic if someone incorrectly assumed that I was a Nazi or any of the other misconceptions dealing with communism. The problems however do not outweigh the benefits of using words such as these to save the time that it would take to explain your particular view on issues.
It would be better if we did not have to use -ists or -isms and simply weighed things on merit and did not divide people unnecessarily. However, language is what we have and language cannot be efficiently used without such words if we want to discuss topics on a more meaningful level.
Think of it like painting a picture of a dog. The only requirements being that I must make a picture that is identifiable as a dog. I'm certainly not going to go into the detail of which breed it is or detail each hair individually unless asked to. The same applies to language. In these types of settings online, it's considerably more efficient to write generalizations and risk minor confusion than to write more precisely.
Bottom line: There are no absolute rules to life that you can simply lay down. Each situation calls for different actions and different methods of action.
