I am a music major on the saxophone who prefers to listen to pop artists rather than classical. Is that crazy?
Listen to everything. People who only listen to classical but never give pop or rock a chance are just pretentious.
Both perfectly normal and naturally smart. If you listen to underground music while you're where you are then you will notice that you frequently have musical great strategic ideas that a lot of your saxophone mates do not have. In other words, it gives you another perspective when it comes to music at its purest form. Keep at it mate!
That's normal I think! If you listen to the same kind of music all the time you get bored of it! You gotta mix it up alittle!
I find classical music more better than this mainstream crap on nowadays.
