I used to do it every night...then I lost complete control and the most terrifying nightmares ever, it would be very difficult to wake up from them even though I tried a million times...totally normal to lucid dream. I was proud that I could...you should be too, not everyone can.

How do you control your dreams? This is very cool. I didn't know it was possible. I have dreams every night, and yes, they are very lucid. However, I cannot will myself to dream about fantasies, etc., or I would never want to wake up and go to work!

Personally I often realize I'm dreaming, don't always/often take control but that's probably due to past instances where I started to fly and then "lost control" and ended up flying into a monster D: But also that I'm pretty content in the waking world so I just let them go as they want to.

Don't tell me what to do.

Yes, I do this frequently. I usually like to fly in my dreams.

yeh it's fine... everyone's dreams are different
lucid dreaming is usually acquired by being able to recognise consistent symbols that remind you that you're in a dream, which takes practice. maybe you this is just innate for you?
and for those that don't lucid dream, it simply feels like real life, acting how you would in real life but usually in very strange places and situations

Oh and for the people who can't do this. What is it like when you sleep? You just think about it? Like that how do you dream. I know this ? Might be stupid, but hey just asking.
Asking is always learning. Remember that.
