Met this amazing guy. I'm 24 and he is 50. I don't know how to feel about the age difference but I am falling for him.

It's your own choice, it's not normal as in "socially accepted" but if it's normal for you that's all that counts. BUT do realise that if you are 40 and fully enjoying life he's probably at home watching the news at tv all day long haha.
