Is it normal that i always worry about my children?

I constantly worry everytime I leave my children or they leave for somewhere that something will happen and I will never see them again?? I worry constantly and I also worry about my parents. It is insane...I can't relax until I see them again or if I talk to them on the phone.

    I worry sometimes, but I think it's a little unhealthy to worry all the time. Once you realize that something bad could happen when you're not around, remind yourself how unlikely it is. It won't make you negligent or anything.
