Is it normal that i always try and go to sleep early but can't
I have classes at 11 in the morning and I have to be up usually before 10 or so. The problem is I always say hey, let's hit the bed around 1am and we should be able to get a restful sleep to tackle the day tomorrow. Of course what happens is I stay up playing games or spend time on teh internets and before I know it, bam, it's like 2:30. What the hell.
