It's totally normal, and really sweet that you care about her this much. As you get older, things like this start to not matter as much. It just seems like it's the world now, but it's not. All that matters is how much you care about her.
I've been there...my ex had a slutty history and would tell me about it even though I didnt' want to know, but if I ever mentioned my past I was treated like I was cheating on her.
